Nockset is early-release software. It may change or be unavailable and has no service-level commitment. Keep another way to reach and recover important systems.
Your account
Use only accounts and devices you are authorized to control. Protect your sign-in credentials, recovery information, device keys, and pairing invitations.
Acceptable use
Use Nockset only with systems you are authorized to access. Do not use it for unlawful, malicious, or abusive activity; to bypass service limits; or to interfere with Nockset or other users.
Your systems and data
You keep ownership of your systems, traffic, and data. You allow Nockset to process the information needed to operate the service as described in the privacy notice. You remain responsible for your configurations, backups, and recovery paths.
Ending access
You may stop using the alpha at any time. Nockset may suspend or end alpha access to protect the service, address abuse, comply with law, or end the alpha.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the invite alpha is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. Nockset does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
